Delivered over a 12 week block the combination of interactive knowledge sessions (virtual/in-person) and targeted 1:1 Executive coaching provide space to learn, unlearn and reflect with a view to taking your action plan forward.
Minimum 6 - Maximum 12 delegates per cohort.
Each cohort runs for approx. 12 weeks.
5 x 3 hour – Interactive knowledge sessions - Offering group learning and reflective space.
3 x 1 hour – Targeted Executive Coaching – Providing dyadic reflective space.
Pre & Post module activities providing opportunity for further growth and personal reflective space.
